Our connection resources will assist you whether you are just starting your planning, or you are ready to apply to connect or modify an existing connection.
We are planning an upgrade to one of our core systems to enhance our services. To complete this important work, there will be a planned outage of our Better Connected Portal, and the Connections Customer Portal starting 5pm on Tuesday 10 December 2024.
During this time you will not be able to submit any new connection applications, any documentation, or request an outage until 9am Monday 16 December 2024.
Where possible, please submit any applications, preliminary enquiries, requests or documentation prior to 5pm Tuesday 10 December. Any outage requests submitted after this time may result in delays to your connections project timeline.
