Ausgrid will be providing limited services over the upcoming holiday period. This limited-service period commences Friday, 19 December 2025 and remains in effect until Friday 2 January 2026 (inclusive).
During this period, Ausgrid will be facilitating essential work only and the Connections & Operations Support Phone line will not be operating.
For planned works into January please take into consideration the limited service over the holiday period and the additional time it may take Ausgrid to facilitate works.
