Property owners are responsible for all electrical assets on their property beyond our connection point, including private power poles, powerlines, and pole-top fittings.

Electricity easements

Electricity easements

An electricity easement grants Ausgrid the right to access, maintain, and repair powerlines and substations on private property. Certain land usage restrictions may also apply.
